SRG Global’s Rob Princi presented at the ANCOLD Tailings Dam Operators Forum in Perth Western Australia today. Drawing on his understanding of the complexities and unique characteristics of tailings storage facilities through his involvement in the construction, maintenance, and ongoing management of these critical assets, Rob offered insight as to how the planning and delivery phases can be optimised though early engagement to provide more predictable project delivery and a higher level of cost certainty for owners, and lower risk profiles and continuity of work for contractors.
