The New England Highway Upgrade was an extremely challenging and complex project, in large part due to the nature of the site and terrain and the remoteness of the project.

Design and construction of a road bridge, carriageways for Wanneroo Road and Ocean Reef Road including tie-ins to existing network and two loop ramps to facilitate connection between the two arterials roads.
