SRG Global is pleased to announce that it has secured a specialist facades contract in Victoria valued at ~$30m.
The contract is with Lendlease on behalf of Exemplar Health / Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA), for the design, supply, and installation of specialist engineered curtain wall facades at the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment located in Victoria.
The ~$1.1 billion redevelopment of Frankston Hospital will deliver a new 12-storey clinical services tower and main entrance, 130 more beds, new spaces for mental health and oncology services and 15 new operating theatres. Once completed, the hospital will have the capacity to treat approximately 35,000 more patient episodes each year. The project will contribute to a NABERS 5.5-star energy rating and 5-star water conservation rating.
