SRG Global have been awarded a specialist engineered façade package with Lendlease Building Contractors Pty Ltd for the design, supply, and installation of curtain wall facades at the 51 Flinders Lane development located in the Melbourne CBD.
Designed by internationally renowned architect Bates Smart, the 51 Flinders Lane development will feature two towers, a 15-level medium rise North tower and a 39-level high rise South tower. The towers will be carbon neutral and consist of retail and office spaces, offering a unique high-end boutique office experience.
