David Macgeorge was appointed Managing Director of SRG Global in September 2018. Prior to this, David had held the role of Managing Director for SRG Limited since May 2014.
David has extensive senior executive experience in contracting, logistics, infrastructure and mining service industries and has a strong record of leading business transformations, driving value creation and growth through a unique understanding of strategy, customer focus and shareholder returns.
Prior to joining SRG, David held senior executive roles with BIS Industries, Cleanaway and CHEP (a subsidiary of Brambles). He also provided consultancy to Leighton Contractors.
David holds a Bachelor of Business and has completed the Senior Executive Management program at INSEAD Business School in France.
Roger was appointed CFO / Company Secretary for SRG Global in September 2018. Prior to this, Roger held the role of CFO and Company Secretary for SRG Limited since July 2014 and brings over 25 years’ experience in senior and executive management in Australia.
Prior to joining SRG, Roger played an integral role in the establishment of Broad Group Holdings (now part of the Leighton Contractors Group), a national commercial and civil construction company which grew from inception to annual revenues of over half a billion dollars during his tenure.
During his time at Broad, he held various executive roles including Director/CFO, and subsequently Managing Director of Broad. He has also held other Executive Finance roles at Leighton Contractors (now part of CPB), both at corporate level and within the Infrastructure Division.
Roger is a qualified CPA and is a graduate of the University of Western Australia in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
Nick was appointed Executive General Manager Civil & International of SRG Global in March 2019. Prior to this, Nick held the role of Executive General Manager Civil & Asset Services since joining the business in July 2017.
Nick has extensive leadership and management experience both in Australia and abroad. Before coming to Australia, Nick spent 13 years in Hong Kong working on some of the largest civil infrastructure projects being constructed in the world at that time including the Route3, Chek Lap Kok airport and Ting Kau Bridge.
After his time in Hong Kong, Nick was the Project Director on MRWA’s largest road project in WA, the Gateway Alliance, and from 2014 to 2017 held the role of General Manager WA / NT with CPB Contractors averaging an annual turnover of circa $1 billion.
Nick holds a National Diploma in Construction Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa.
Joe was appointed Executive General Manager Post-Tensioning, Mining and Products for SRG Global in September 2018. Prior to this, Joe had held the same role for SRG Limited since joining in October 2014.
Prior to commencing with SRG, Joe held General Manager roles at IES Resources, Queensland Rail, and Mountain Industries (a subsidiary of Asciano). He also held the role of Director of Coal Services at Bis Industries over a five year period.
Joe studied Mathematics at the Queensland University of Technology, has completed a Diploma in Business Coaching and the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in Singapore.
Greg was appointed Executive General Manager New Zealand for SRG Global in March 2019. Prior to this, Greg held the role of Country Manager New Zealand since joining the business in July 2018. Greg has over 25 years’ leadership experience in both the public and private sectors across multiple industries and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Auckland.
Prior to joining SRG Global, Greg held the role of Chief Infrastructure Officer with Auckland Transport where he was responsible for all construction, renewal and maintenance activities across rail, roads and key infrastructure.
Greg has also held executive leadership roles with Air New Zealand as International Airports Manager based in Auckland and Regional General Manager North Asia based in Shanghai as well as operational leadership roles with New Zealand Post in New Zealand and Australia.
Greg is also actively involved in Rugby Union and is a Director for Auckland Rugby Union, Auckland Rugby Referees Association and is a Trustee of the Eden Park Trust.
David was appointed Executive General Manager Asset Services for SRG Global in March 2019 after originally joining the business as General Manager Asset Services West in July 2018.
David has over 10 years’ senior leadership experience across sectors including materials handling, equipment hire, mining and industrial services. Prior to joining SRG Global, David held the role of General Manager WA with market leader Cleanaway, where he held holistic accountability across a large and integrated value chain. Key achievements include a ‘best-in-company’ TRIFR performance, securing and resecuring large multi-year contracts with blue-chip private and public clients, establishing the companies first Aboriginal Joint Venture, and commissioning the largest and most sophisticated recycling facility in the Southern hemisphere.
David holds a Masters of Marketing from Monash University and is a strong supporter of the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
Paul was appointed Executive General Manager Building for SRG Global in October 2019. Paul brings over forty years' senior management experience in the building industry.
Paul previously founded the Gallery Facades business prior to its acquisition into the SRG Global business.
Corey was appointed Group General Manager Corporate Services for SRG Global in September 2018. Prior to this, Corey had held the same role for SRG Limited since joining in April 2015. Corey has over 20 years senior management experience in commercial, risk and finance positions.
Prior to joining SRG, Corey’s previous roles covered a wide range of industries including infrastructure, logistics, mining and manufacturing.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Masters in Business Administration and is also a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Roger was appointed Group General Manager People and HSEQ for SRG Global in April 2019. Roger brings over twenty years’ experience as a senior executive specialising in human resources, HSE and quality systems across both large and small organisations, particularly in the resource and construction sectors.
Roger has held senior operational and executive roles with Macmahon, FMG and BHP with his most recent role being Executive General Manager HSEQ & Human Resources for Macmahon.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in human resource management and industrial relations.
